II. Application Fields

New Energy: Widely used in electric vehicle power battery packs for cell series/parallel connections, flexible jumpers between modules, and high-voltage links, effectively addressing vibration and thermal management challenges. Physical Structure:

Single Wire: Multiple ultra-fine tin-plated copper round wires. Single-wire diameter (e.g., 0.10mm, 0.15mm) determines overall flexibility.

Stranding: Multiple tin-plated copper wires (from dozens to hundreds) are spirally stranded in concentric layers, a core process that delivers high flexibility.
